Both give you a Laird or Lady Title and both come with One Square Foot of beautiful Scottish land. Our Deluxe version gives you the best of both worlds. It comes to you by post and is crammed full of documents, pictures, owners’ manual and the famous free car sticker showing your ownership of land in Scotland. You will also receive a Password to access our site and personalise all the documentation It makes a superb gift in its own right, and you can have it sent directly to a friend or you can give it personally. The No Frills Digital-Only version offers you a high speed low cost method of owning a plot of Scottish land and getting a Laird Title. On purchase, you will receive an email giving you a unique Password that you can use to register your plot and download your documents. Alternatively, send the Password to a friend as a present.

This is prime and beautiful land, not some remote moor or worthless bog. It is fully owned by Scottish Land Sales. The land has truly stunning views over the Firth of Forth to the world famous Forth Bridge and the William Wallace (Braveheart) Monument at Stirling. We are at the very epicentre of Scottish history. Virtually every major event that shaped the history of Scotland took place within a radius of about 30 miles from this land. The plots are located close to a prosperous village and only about 40 minutes travel time from the Scottish capital, Edinburgh. A long established golf course is located on our boundary. This is a MUST for the land enthusiast and all lovers of Scotland.
The Scottish Land Gift Package
We have drafted a special 'lease' package because it is the simplest and most legal way under Scottish law to legally transfer small amounts of land. It is the perfect solution for land enthusiasts and lovers of Scotland who are looking to purchase a very small piece of land for sentimental value. Plot units come in sizes of one square foot, but buyers can select larger amounts of land if they wish, by simply purchasing further units. On successful completion, we will send you the legal documents certifying your purchase and rights. Each buyer will also receive a free gift pack describing the land and its surroundings (including an actual historical photograph of the building of the Forth Bridge c.1870's (courtesy of RCHMS Scottish Photo Collection).
