This is prime and beautiful land, not some remote moor or worthless bog. It is fully owned by Scottish Land Sales. The land has truly stunning views over the Firth of Forth to the world famous Forth Bridge and the William Wallace (Braveheart) Monument at Stirling. We are at the very epicentre of Scottish history. Virtually every major event that shaped the history of Scotland took place within a radius of about 30 miles from this land. The plots are located close to a prosperous village and only about 30 minutes travel time from the Scottish capital, Edinburgh. A long established golf course is located on our boundary. This is a MUST for the land enthusiast and all lovers of Scotland.
The Scottish Land Gift Packages
We have drafted a special 'lease' package because it is the simplest and most legal way under Scottish law to legally transfer small amounts of land. It is the perfect solution for land enthusiasts and lovers of Scotland who are looking to purchase a very small piece of land for sentimental value. Plot units come in sizes of just over 5 square feet (0.5 sq metre), but buyers can select larger amounts of land if they wish, by simply purchasing further units. On successful completion, we will send you the legal documents certifying your purchase and rights. Each buyer will also receive a free gift pack about the land and its surroundings (including an actual historical photograph of the building of the Forth Bridge c.1870's (courtesy of RCHMS Scottish Photo Collection).
