REGISTRATION PROBLEMS:
Due to a printing malfunction, a small number of customers may be experiencing difficulties when trying to register their passwords. They may experience a notification stating “This code has already been used”. This should only affect purchases from between 5 - 15 December, though a very small number of others may be affected. Purchases made after these dates should not be affected.

Please give your name (or the name of the Paypal purchaser if different), the Password you have been using and the email address we should reply to. We will get back to you as quickly as possible with a new code.
